Using the Online Support System
Posted by Joshua Osborne - Graphisoft New Zealand on March 25th, 2009 filed in NewsThe new ARCHICADselect site features an Online Support system, which allows you to quickly and easily log a Query or Problem with the ARCHICADselect Support Team.
To get to the Online Support system, login to ARCHICADselect and go to the Services page.
This will open the Online Support system and show you all current support items. Support items in the online system are referred to as Support Tickets.
To create a new ticket(that is, to log a new support request), click on the Create New Support Ticket link. Then just fill in the fields to most closely match what you are logging. If you’re not sure about things, refer to the help in the orange boxes to the right of each page.
Remember to describe your query in as much detail as possible, mention anything that may be related, and attach any files that may help us.
Once you are done, you’ll receive an email with details of the new ticket. It also contains a link to view the status of your support ticket. When the Support Team reply to your ticket, you will receive another email with details of the reply, and a link to the ticket again. You can then close the Support Ticket, or add a reply to the Support Team if more information is required.
